The Stool Yard is moving from the workbench to the living room. We’re now producing high-end automotive builds for car lovers, designed to look as sharp in your lounge as they do in the garage.

The Build: This is Build 001/002—a strictly limited run from the iconic Ford Fiesta Mk7.5 ST-Line. Hand-fabricated in our Glasgow workshop, the seat is mated to a custom steel frame with bespoke armrests upholstered in OEM Ford fabric for a seamless, factory finish.

Functionality: Unlike static seats, this retains its full mechanical soul:

  1. Full Travel: Slides back/forth on original rails.
  2. Recline: Fully adjustable backrest & forward-fold.
  3. Support: Functional height adjustment & manual lumbar.
  4. Signature: Finished with a laser-engraved provenance plate.
